River Ice Extent maps are generated only on request based on high or very high resolution radar data. The main area of interest for river ice extent is at northern latitudes of Europe, especially in Scandinavia. The product is provided as raster file with spatial resolutions between 2 m - 50 m, depending on the available satellite data.
